Monty Neill is retiring as Executive Director of FairTest. Since 1987, he has been a national leader against the overuse and misuse of standardized tests and for fair and educationally beneficial assessment. He initiated and led alliances of education, parent, and community and civil rights organizations focused on reform, particularly the overhaul of No Child Left Behind.
Andre Green brings almost 20 years of experience in education, advocacy, strategic planning and non-profit management to FairTest. He has lead efforts to provide federal funding for drop-out recovery and job training programs, worked to secure state and federal funding for education as well as arts and culture.
