FairTest On Falling NAEP Scores: More Learning Not More Testing

FairTest participated in the national discussion on falling NAEP scores cautioning that we not panic and use the pandemic induced score drop as an excuse for more standardized testing of students. Those policies have demonstrably failed. Policy makers should devote more concentrated resources in schools, focusing on the inequities highlighted by the NAEP results.
